The chair is damaged. Please send me a replacement. My furniture man said he is not able to assemble the chair because of the bent brackets on Chair Base. The fabric has a flaw on the Seat and one on the Backrest. A suggestion was made to cut the flaws flush. I think that will make weak spots. I have sent pictures and detailed information 09292024 to Customer Service. Please resolve this issue quickly.

I got the brown linen color. So happy I went with that color as it is much more of a beige color. Very comfortable and extremely easy to put together!

Poor recline feature. Head goes down as legs go up, thus if fully reclined you are essentially fat. Poor for nursery.
