The quality of this chair is so much better then previous chairs bought from Wayfair. The storage space under each arm rest is very nice to store remotes, books, snacks, or whatever you need to. Very easy directions to follow for assembly. The built in cup holders that fold in the arms makes it that much more convenient not too mention very comfortable and easy to relax in.

The chair is big, soft, cozy, and super comfortable. The power lift feature was the main reason I wanted it for grandma it makes getting up so much easier without her having to struggle. It has two remotes, it’s also really plush and supportive, and the brown color looks warm and cozy in her living room. Seeing grandma sitting there smiling and excited about all the different settings made the purchase 100 worth it. My husband wanted to keep it but she needed more. She keeps telling me how much she loves her new chair, so naturally I’m walking around feeling very accomplished. If you’re looking for something comfortable and practical for an older parent or grandparent, this was definitely a win for us.

The chair in the photo shows cup holders the chair we received has no cup holders. Also the headrest is adjustable but you just about have to get out of the chair to adjust it.

At best its a 250 chair like you buy fromn big lots,,very flimsy constuction,,chair wont last 6 months,,650 dollars wasted,,wayfair didnt use to sell junk like this,,very disgusted with experience,,one box came sat and others today,,first box was crushed and soaking wet,,pwer features are VERY slow compared to other recliners i have,,CLEARLY A PIECE OF JUNK

This chair is amazing! You do not feel any of the frame when sitting in it or when you use the lift to help you up. The heat and massage feel amazing!l especially when its a cold day and you’re a little achy. I am very impressed with the quality and how quiet the motors are
