Ordered 2 of these for my husband who had recent shoulder surgery and wasn’t able to sleep comfortably laying in bed. They’re very well made and comfortable. The size is perfect and gives plenty of room for movement.

Perfect wide chair for people who like to sit cross legged. Very easy to fall asleep in… The only thing I would change is the location of the buttons. Installation by Angie’s was awesome.

Placed order for 2 chairs. A Thursday installation date was set up. An e-mail was sent with a picture of a man to show up. Two women arrived, opened a couple of boxes and left I called about the installation, it was re-set for Saturday. When I called to check on the time, I was told the installation was cancelled. We did not do that. No one explained why. My son in law put the chairs together. Me, I don't like the chairs, they are too big, hard to get out of. Instead of a remote for functions, there are buttons. I have issues walking and getting up and I need the lift chair. My wife got one to help cover future issues. She likes her chair, so they are staying. Also, it would be too difficult to return them. Overall service was non-existent. We are a prior and present customer. We will not be a future customer. Some form of refund would be appropriate, but that won't happen. We hope your other customers are treated better We gave a zero grade because a negative score was not available.
