Overall a nice looking chair. I ordered two and both came with significant damage to the legs and wooden frame. Wayfair sent me two new chairs and both those are damaged as well. Not as bad as the first two, but definitely noticeable on both chairs. The legs are not wrapped properly and bang around in the box with the metal screws, so they chip the wood base and each other. Not a Wayfair problem, but a manufacture and shipping problem. In order to return them, I have to drive over 40 minutes to a FedEx store. Not particularly happy about that.

It is not the most comfortable chair and feels cheap as you can feel the various internal components. The Boucle also looks dingy. Not my favourite item - legs had damage and there was a lot of back and forth with getting it resolved and the legs that arrived were also damaged.

This is a great chair and great quality. Arrived quickly and was just what I was looking for. Used for staging purposes.
