Not a good day in the Wayfair Neighborhood. It is not a bad 3-In-1 Sleeper Chair concept for a small room. It is just cheaply made with different fabric lots used so the chair is two different shades of green. Even at a lower price point, I haven't had this issue before with furniture from Wayfair. See photo attached. It took an old granny just over an hour to assemble, much less time than waiting on the Wayfair Home Service person to show up. Originally sent an email for service appointment at 8 am. Within the first hour the Wayfair Professional called to tell us a prior stop was taking longer than expected. This continued on with us calling multiple times and inquiring on the status. After almost 7 hours of waiting and receiving the same excuse and being 30 minutes out, we called and told him to forget it. Called Wayfair and was given a refund for the Home Service charge. This was the first time I used a Wayfair Professional, due to my husband recovering from surgery, and will not use them in the future due to such poor service.

I think it does the job comfortable enough and provides a sleeping space for one that is adequate. It won’t be your best sleep, but it looks nice and works fairly well.
