Tray snapped after assembling chair. Is it possible to obtain a new tray apparatus?

The Accent Chair and Ottoman was the perfect color for the room. It was easy to put together, even for me. The only issue that I find with the chair is some of the materials in the chair are not of great quality. In fact, inside of the ottoman there was already a ripe in the fabric (I included a photo). Other than that, the chair will work.

The chair itself is very comfortable with a supportive seat and high back, and the fabric feels durable while still being soft. The neutral color works well in the room, and the storage ottoman is spacious and sturdy—perfect for blankets or pillows and works great as a footrest. Unfortunately, the built-in traycup holder was broken off when the chair arrived, which was disappointing. That said, the rest of the chair and ottoman were in good condition and feel well made. Assembly was still simple, and the set is functional and comfortable overall. With better packaging for the tray, this would easily be a 5-star purchase. Aside from that issue, I’m happy with the comfort and storage this set provides.

Great chair and easy to assemble. Cushions can be replaced if needed down the road. Shipping went good, package was wrapped in plastic

Very comfortable. Good price and easy to put together. Nice color and the ottoman is a great storage for extra bedding
