Love love love it! Very comfy... will need to get some extra pillows. There is no lumbar support, so get a lumbar pillow. But very stylish and comfortable outside of that. Update: The cushion you sit on does not relax at all. So when you sit in it, you feel like you're going to slide right out, unless you're sitting all the way to the back. Lumbar support is a must, otherwise there's a gap between your lower back and the back cushion, which sinks inward. One of the chairs came apart on us and we had to un-assemble it and put it back together. Hopefully that won't happen again. We've had guests sit in them and say "these are really weird" and I've apologized because you feel like you're going to slide right out. I'll be replacing them sooner rather than later.

This comes in three boxes the box that the Ottoman came in is damaged there is no way for me to only return the ottoman. The Ottoman has a big broken piece down the side, where the wood sticks out from the inside.

I’m really loving this chair! The fabric is so soft. It’s a little more yellow than white and the seat cushion is stiffer than the ottoman cushion - curious to see what happens overtime. It was pretty easy to put together but definitely took 2people to make sure the parts were aligned.

Beautiful and comfortable chair and ottoman. Arm installation was a bit tricky, but the result was worth it.

I took a chance ordering this with no reviews, but I’m glad I did! It was easy to put together and it’s very comfortable. Everybody in the house fights over who gets to sit in it!
