Great value for the money. Super easy to put together (don’t pay for install). My only issue is that arm rest are Velcro attached to the chair, but they won’t stay down!

It was delivered in damaged box and wide open. The chair had a grease stain on back of chair. The material is very thin and cheap. The arms zip on and there is a piece of material over the zipper that will not close. When it swivels it appears to sink in and looks like it’s broken. I am very disappointed in this item and wouldn’t recommend it.

The chair is comfortable and the rocking is nice. However, the heat and vibration (never a massage) shorted out after three months.

It’s not comfortable. The side cushion zippers that just sit on the chair is awfully made. It’s more of a weird vibration rather than a massage. There is an huge space from the back rest to the cushion you sit on. Overall not comfortable and not happy at all

For the price it’s not bad. It is large. I have a hard time keeping the legs up u less the back is all the way reclined. It is quite wobbly.
