Worst purchase I've ever made. Arrived 3 days late. Installer was a no show for 3 days then just showed up at dinner time and actually asked my husband for the tools to put it together. The box took up so much space in the room, I could not even try the chair until it was broken down and removed. Finally get to use the chair, and it will not hold a back position, just slowly creeps forward. Contacted Wayfair and I was told it is not adjustable. To do a return, I have to box it up myself (I'm disabled, husband had dementia and other health issues). So, I'm stuck with an expensive rocking chair, which is comfortable, but not the reason or point of buying this chair. I will never ever buy from Wayfair again!!!!!
