I’d give this zero stars if I could. I’m so upset about this purchase. I’m a new homeowner, recently divorced, and wanted something flexible for a spare room. My sister convinced me to buy this and become a Wayfair member. Having never ordered from here I trusted her. This bed took 4 days to put together with the help of another person. One of the dowels went straight through the wood and split it, and of course, it’s on an outside area that can be easily seen. The door handles came missing parts and I had to go to 3 different hardware stores to find the matching screws. I thought the drawer would provide storage for sheets and blankets but all it can fit is maybe a total of 3 towels over all three sections. The drawer also doesn’t come on a track so it slides out and putting it back gently in place only 1x has led to it chipping the part on the bed it slides into. The top of the bed doesn’t fit entirely over the top, leaving a 2”gap at the back (and yes this is how the directions show it). There’s also 2 holes that are to be used as handles to take off the top (part of the bed conversion). This along with the gap at the top’s back will be a major dust collector. It looks like the top should lock securely when the bed is put away but there’s nothing for the hinge to lock to (it’s used for locking the bed in place when folded out. The finish on the product looks earn to the point where someone said you got that used right? This is the most expensive poor purchase I’ve ever made. It would be one thing if it was $100, but it was close to $700. Total waste of money. I wish I could return it. So much money and time for something that I literally hate. I absolutely love this bed! My office doubles as a guest room so this piece fit nicely. It was a bit challenging to put together but well worth the work!

I ended up returning this as it looked pretty bulky and cheap

Absolutely gorgeous and such a space saver

This piece was unbelievably difficult to assemble! It took two men, who are both in construction, over seven hours to put it together! I paid as much in labor as I did for the bed! This needs to be very clear in the description of this piece!! once it was all assembled, it looks pretty, but it is not very solid when the bed is changed back into the chest. When it is unfolded into a bed, the bed also feels flimsy between the footboard and the headboard. I don’t feel confortable sitting in the middle of the bed and I weigh 120 pounds. Also, it should be indicated that it is very difficult for one person to unfold it into a bed and to place it back into a chest!!! this experience was extremely disappointing. Had I known all of these things, I would not have ordered this piece of furniture! I’m not sure I’ll be ordering another piece of furniture from Wayfair again after this!
