Best couch I’ve ever owned would buy it again!!!

If I could rate this couch, zero stars I would. Within a couple of weeks of purchase, the seat cushions started ripping. I reached out to the manufacturer and they said they were sending replacement seat cushions, they only sent me cushions for the two end lounges and said that they would send the middle later because they are back ordered. They never arrived, the replacement cushions are also ripping. It’s a poor quality fabric, the fabric separates down each rib. Customer service and standing behind the product is nonexistent. They also had the audacity to force me to pay the tariffs for the replacement covers. Don’t waste your money, it’s just yet another poor quality piece of imported junk.

Great, comfy couch. I feel the color taupe is accurate to the website. Sits very low but we knew that from the other reviews. The reviews show couches with moveable ottoman’s and some with chaise lounges. Ours came with the movable ottoman which is what we wanted for sharing. Delivery service was outstanding!

This couch was so amazing. Great for when people needed to stay over. It is in four parts so you can even split it up.
