I love the sofa, BUT YOUR WAYFAIR CUSTOMER SERVICE & DELIVERY LEAVE MUCH TO HE DESIRED. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE & UNPROFESSIONAL. Your delivery driver refused to try and deliver my sofa on the first attempt. He just looked at my door, said “I no think it will fit”. He then left WITH MY SOFA. I tried to have the delivery address changed, and AFTER BEING BOTH LIED TO AND HUNG UP ON MULTIPLE TIMES, one of your representatives finally told me 1. Your delivery driver should have made an attempt to deliver my sofa. She took $150 off the price for my inconvenience. 2. I never should have been told that the delivery address can be changed because I purchased through third party financing. So after waiting 2 weeks for my second delivery, the sofa arrives AND HAS NO PRE DRILLED HOLES IN THE BOTTOM TO INSTALL THE FEET THAT GO ON THE SOFA. I paid for a FUNCTIONING SOFA, and received something that I had to resolve on my own! This will be reported to the BBB & multiple Consumer Aftairs entities l. I will NEVER shop Wayfair again.

The chase cushion is slightly raised more than the other side but it’s not that noticeable
