Right now I am frustrated. I don't have all the pieces to assemble the bed. When the bed was delivered I was moving and had to wait to put it together. The bottom storage is flimsy, doesn't fit flush on all sides and feels unable to store much past a few blankets. I am contacting the company to address the missing pieces and the poor construction of the storage space below. I will update my review once I have a response and actions are taken or not. Update: I have been sent a whole new bed. While I appreciate this, I am now responsible for taking down the partially assembled bed, figuring out what to do with all that material. I now have to assemble a whole new bed. I was hoping to be compensated professional assembly. Of course I would love the entire amount, however I would have been happy with even 25%-30%. I was given a 10% off code, however to add the assembly to an already in-progress order, I am not given the option to input a code.
