We love it!

I have always loved Wayfair and outfitted my previous home and my current apartment with mainly Wayfair furniture and decor (indoor and out) I always highly recommend Wayfair to friends and family. However, even though this may be a one time issue, ordering this item was a big mistake. It was sent in two packages, one was almost 80 pounds (and 7 feet long) and was left at the bottom of the stairs of my apartment building. I am on the 3rd floor so I was not able to bring it up myself. I ended up having to pay someone to bring it up and it took two men. I used Wayfair assembly service to put it together. After they left, I noticed they put it together backwards. I had to call CS and let them know. They told me that they would send someone for free to reassemble it. I told them that the product was compromised and reassembly would affect the structure and stability. So, they said they would send new parts and new hardware. I waited for weeks. I called and they said the items were never sent. So, they reordered them. I was sent a few of them and I called to find out what happened to the 3rd part. They said it was never sent, so they informed me that they would reorder it again. I told them I was to call them to set up the reassembly for free. The most recent agent I spoke with said that wasn't possible. But they told me they would refund me for the previous assembly cost and I should just use a third party assembly service. So, it's been a couple months now and I am still waiting for the last part and now I have to hire someone new to assemble it. I don't normally leave negative reviews, but I truly regret ordering this item. I can rate the product itself when it's assembled properly. However, I would have to say that I was very disappointed in the way that Wayfair handled everything. The representatives I spoke with were friendly and I think they were doing all they could, even though I wonder if some of them dropped the ball on a few things. However, I think the biggest issue was company policy in the way things were handled, that could have been out of their hands. I won't be recommending Wayfair anymore and I don't plan on ever ordering larger pieces of furniture from Wayfair again. Even if this was just an anamoly, it's not worth the time I have spent and the headache from all of this. I counted around 7-8 customer service calls that probably added up to a few hours and my furniture is still not usable since it's awaiting proper assembly (two months after the initial order).

It's a great addition to my small living room. It provides seating and additional sleeping space when I have guests. Not extremely hard to put together and I needed a power drill to screw all of the slats in place.

There were so many beautiful trundle beds to choose from and a great variety of prices. I ordered on Tuesday and got the bed delivered Thursday — wow! I can’t wait to put it together and I’ll be sure to post pics when I do. Thank you, Wayfair!
