Just bought this and it’s great! It’s heavy solid wood. It’s made well. No scratches or issues. No major difficulties, putting it together. We put it together over two days. The cabinet is much bigger in scale than I had imagined. The dimensions listed are accurate. We paired it with a 6 inch mattress and it has plenty of room with about 5 inches of depth inside the cabinet to spare. I love the drawer storage. Overall, it was a great buy!

It’s a great looking piece of furniture. It took me about 5 hours to put together. No issues with the instructions. Two parts were missing. But they do not affect the final product. I’m waiting for the mattress to air out and then we are ready for guests…I bought a 6” mattress and there is still storage room for a topper. This is great for an office/spare bedroom setup.

The Murphy cabinet bed was delivered in two large boxes, each weighing around 120 pounds. While the exterior packing carton was slightly damaged, there was no damage at all to the product itself, which was very well packaged in thick styrofoam. The build was complex, and took about 6 hours for someone who is skilled in assembling flat pack furniture. The directions were very good. The only exception is the installation of the rails. You need to disassemble up the rail in order to place one of the screws, which is not noted in the directions, but this is the only flaw. The cabinet itself is a nice piece of furniture and opens and closes smoothly. While the listing calls for a a four inch mattress, a six inch mattress fits into the unit very easily. Very happy with this Murphy cabinet bed. Very good value at this price point.

We took a gamble buying this. First time customer on Wayfair and no reviews on this product. I have to say, wow I’m actually surprised. The box came intact and all the pieces were there. There was an excessive amount of screws though which I guess is good. There were aome weird drill holes but it all worked out. 1010 would recommend.

Extremely happy with this purchase. It's very solid and wasn't too hard to assemble - my husband did it by himself. We bought a trifold 6 inch memory foam mattress and it fits perfectly. It looks more modern than other options which we like.
