The bed is nice. The assembly was okay, they couldn’t way better with instructions. However, I ordered beige and received gray. I’m very disappointed in this matter regarding this. I couldn’t wait any longer for a replacement so I settled for this color. They offered only 60 dollars back out of paying 298 plus tax and shipping.

The bed itself is great. Easy enough to assemble, contained all parts. I don’t know if this is an issue with the company or Wayfair, but I ordered beige and I received gray. So I sent it back for a replacement. Customer service was excellent and I received the replaced fairly quickly but when I opened the replacement bed, it was gray as well. I was heartbroken but did not have the time or patience to have to go through ordering another replacement so I kept the gray bed. This is more than just a minor inconvenience and seems like it is an issue with the warehouseshipping. Someone needs to fix this. I’m sure I am not the only person this has happened to for it to have happened twice with the same bed.
