Its sturdy. This is a queen size and it visually doesnt take up much space in the room so its great for a smaller bedroom.

I’m quite happy with this bed frame! I managed to put this together BY MYSELF (50F) in about an hour. (The cat wants you to think he helped, but he didn’t.) The assembly instructions were the absolute best and easiest instructions of any furniture item I have ever purchased! You literally just match up numbers like a game of connect the dots. I wish all manufacturers made it that easy!! The bed is pretty and sturdy. There is a bit of noise when I sit on the edge of the bed, but that might be due to my slightly uneven wood floors. So I can’t necessarily fault the frame. I would definitely buy this again!

Nice bed! Was able to put it together by myself in about one hour. Seems to be sturdy enough.
