This bed is good but did not come with the last wooden rung for the trundle (that connects the frame to the wheel). I’ve messaged with customer service a few times to get replacement and still have not received. Hopefully someone will reach out

The design of the bed is great, but the manufacturer needs to improve quality control during assembly. One side of the bed rail came with the wrong bracket attached. We contacted the seller and requested a replacement. It took a while to reach someone, and although they eventually shipped a replacement, it never arrived. I followed up again. The second shipment arrived earlier than expected, which was a plus—but instead of just sending the correct bracket, they sent an entire Box No. 2. Unfortunately, the bracket on this one was also incorrect. Now I have a big box of unnecessary parts, and their only solution was to tell me to discard or donate it. It probably will cost me money to bring to recycle center. Additionally, the bed has a very strong odor. I am not sure what the source is, but even after two weeks, the smell is still quite noticeable. Overall, a frustrating experience for what could have been a great product.
