Nice look but not well made. First arrived damaged. Customer service was excellent. Customer service makes up for the occasional damaged piece or lengthy wait we sometimes experience on Wayfair.

Bed is good quality and heavy, but when we received it for some reason not all the holes were drilled in. We ended up having to measure it and drill them in, estimating the distances ourselves. Other than that it looks good.
