Ordered this twice. Both times, holes needed to screw in the legs were missing. It is big and bulky, so while Wayfair did arrange for pick up for the returns, it was still a big job to get it back into the box and move it to the front door. Also, they wouldn't send an assembler to try and make it work even though they have an assembly option. The cushion seemed on the hard side though it was hard to tell without being able to sit on it properly.

The material is hard and very uncomfortable to sleep on. We opened and assembled it after a month so couldnt return it. Not a good buy, waste of money.
