This took my 16-year-old son and me about an hour and a half to put together. There are a lot of parts, but the instructions were clear and easy to follow, and with two people it came together quickly. There were a few minor defects, nothing I couldnt fix myself. Keep in mind it isnt solid wood, so set your expectations for that price point. Also note that this version doesnt come with the fireplace insert. That didnt matter to us since we wouldnt have used it anyway, but its worth knowing if youre shopping for one. It fills the space nicely and looks great in our media room, and overall were happy with it. With kids in the house, Im not sure how well itll hold up over time, but so far so good. Ill update if anything changes.
