It took me almost four hours to assemble the furniture. After everything was put together, I realized that the drawers did not fit properly. I contacted customer support for assistance and was told to adjust the drawer alignments—something that should have been correctly aligned and measured from the beginning.
I then had to look for someone who could help me with these adjustments, as this is not something I know how to do myself. Even after trying to fix it, the largest drawer could never be properly resolved. Additionally, I discovered that I was missing a piece.
I requested that you please send me the two missingdefective pieces and offer some type of discount for all the inconvenience. This item was supposed to be a gift. I was told that, unfortunately, my only options were to receive an entirely new piece of furniture or a 20 refund.
What am I supposed to do with a completely new piece of furniture when I already spent nearly four hours assembling this one and only need two pieces And a 20 refund does not seem fair at all.
I paid for a product that should have been complete, with properly measured and aligned parts. This situation feels very disrespectful to the customer, and I am extremely disappointed with the resolution
