This order gave me so much headache and stress. I'd originally order this moducular sectional sofa in light grey on 8/12 for a great sale price, only to have the order canceled 5 days later. I'd spoke with a Wayfair customer support on 8/17 to placed a new order for the same sofa but now the price have gone significantly higher, and I'd opted for the other color in beige because that was on sale as well. So, I waited 5 days, no email on any updates regarding it and shipping. I ended up submitting a request to get a replacement for it on 8/22. I was told that the warranty that I'd purchased for the soda would still remain active for the current order. Waited a week and still nothing, so reached out to them (and have been doing so everyday) on 8/29 and Wayfair support submitted a 2nd replacement for the item. I finally received a delivery for my order, but it was partial. I'd received 3 boxes today on 9/2, and was told that the remaining boxes for my order will get delivered tomorrow 9/3. I went back and forth with customer support regarding this and the warrany and was told that the warranty isn't active anymore. It was only active on the original item when it was order. Any replacement will make the warranty void. I was told twice by wayfair support that my warranty would still be there. Now, I don't have warranty on my furniture and the price to add it back have gone up. I will not be ordering from Wayfair in the future. Prices constantly changing and customer support tells you different answers each time. I will update the rating once I receive the rest of my order and put it together to actually test the item.
