Missing accessories. A16 labelled hubs are missing (the package box is all destroyed so I can’t even try to return it in the same box). Also instructions are NOT in English. Package had all the nails and screws and other accessories thrown in one bag without any labels or proper instructions. Do NOT recommend.

The instructions don’t explain how to put it on. It came broke the parts and the wood its bad quality . I don’t even going to bother to return I’m going to put it on the trash

No real instruction manual. A one pager listing the parts with no helpful text or link to product videos or anything. Took forever to ship for something that just seems to be lacking overall in terms of the consumer end.
