It arrived damaged & defective. But the worst part was that it took almost an hour communicating with Wayfair to resolve the issue. I find that unacceptable. End result is this damaged & defective room divider is being returned. I struggled with the large box to re-pack & used "tons" of tape. FedEx is going to pick it up. There needs to be a better, & less time consuming, way to return larger defective/damaged merchandise. FYI: the bottom panels weren't even across the bottom causing uneveness & instability so even though it was damaged (cracked acrylic panel) I won't be exchanging because of concern receiving another uneven divider. When oversized items are involved a more friendly easier way to return should be implemented not almost an hour trying to get this taken care of. I'll think twice before ordering large, somewhat unmanageable, items in the future. Not worth the aggravation, inconvenience or tons of tape. Especially difficult if your a senior.

Nice piece for my purposes. No damage upon arrival, unlike other reports, but did notice up close that some of the paint is uneven. Not a big deal for me and still functions well for my purpose as a divider in my studio apartment

Cutest little room divider, feels definitely solid and sturdy too, the acrylic is something i’m not concerned w bending or breaking!

Beautiful quality - does the job of adding a little more privacy when making phone calls to clients - it’s sturdy and made well for the price.
