Great look and surprisingly good quality for the price. Easy to assemble but the included directions don’t tell you the side panels are left and right-specific. I realized this after I had the entire thing assembled except for the lid, so I had to create new screw holes for the hinges. Other than that, pretty happy with this ottoman.

This ottoman was a bit smaller than I expected having ordered other storage ottomans from Wayfair before. It arrived completely unassembled and there were a few issues with the screw holes not being correctly aligned, requiring my partner to make modifications I order to assemble it. The hinges for the top were impossible to install so we are using it without them. It’s an attractive piece and was fairly sturdy once assembled even with the issues we encountered. I would rate the manufacturing quality as poor although the piece itself is functional in the space.

This comes in a flat box and folded together like a box! At first I was skeptical. But the quality is great and it is a very solid bench. The color is a cool greige more so than a beige. Feet have to be screwed on but the top is nicely cushioned and the inside is very spacious!

This storage ottoman works perfectly for what I needed. There was a difficult point in assembly and the picture on the instructions was unclear. The storage is a nice size and can fit quite a bit in it.

Absolutely love the color and style. Definitely as expected from that standpoint compared to the photos. You do have to build it and directions are ok. Definitely recommend 2 people when installing the top. Only gave 4 stars because I feel like the top alignment is subtly off due to difficulty with the alignment while building.
