I would like to return this item. I purchased this item as "open box" , but it was described as "like new" condition. Supposedly inspected by your quality control team. It has 2 large scratches on the top of the wood.

This ottoman is EXACTLY what I was looking for, from the looks, texture and functionality. I absolutely love that it nearly matches my furniture as well, even though my couches need a desperate cleaning. It has a good weight to it, feels solid and the table might be heavier than the ottoman. Its overall really great quality.. The best part about this, is it comes FULLY ASSEMBLED! Im a brutally honest reviewer, and I could not recommend this piece of furniture enough.

Just fabulous. Heavy. Good quality. Depending on your rug underneath, don’t expect to roll this easily. Casters are not on the wood. Just the ottoman part. Would love for it to move more freely but ultimately decided it wasn’t that important. Great looking and comfortable to put your feet up

Coffee table looks great. One of the Chrome and Glass end tables arrived damaged and needs to be picked up, returned and a new one sent.

So far we like this although we’ve only had one day. It’s a hard to tell if the boucle is puffy in areas from shipping or maybe scratches.
