When the box first showed up I was so confused because it was really thin I honestly thought they forgot to send half of it. But nope, everything was in there! The cushion is actually packed inside the bottom of the ottoman and it’s vacuum sealed really flat. Also, what looks like two cushions in the pictures is actually one large cushion. Once I opened the vacuum bag it started puffing up pretty much right away. I left it alone for an hour or two and it filled out nicely. Putting it together was super easy. Just screw on the four legs with the washers, take the cushion out of the vacuum packaging and attach it to the top. That’s pretty much it. Maybe 10-15 minutes total. It’s SO soft! The corduroy feels really nice and the height is almost exactly the same as our couch, which I was really happy about. We’ve been using it to put our feet up while watching TV and it’s the perfect height for that. It actually looks like it came with our couch even though they’re completely different pieces. Everyone in the house loves it. Pretty sure I’m going to order a second one!
