I received one chair and the delivery truck was big enough to have all 6 chairs on board. I thought it was odd but come to find out the 5 chairs were lost or stolen. I need my chairs I ordered and I do not need to wait until September 8, 2026 to receive the remainder 5 chairs. I have never had to experience this lost with Wayfair. Yesterday was my birthday and a present to me and no chairs. Those chairs need to be here before the holiday on the 7th of September due to a Labor Day event at my home. This is awful and not business like coming from Wayfair. I have done business in the past and I’m an award member. I need these chairs asap or the delivery person need to be accountable for. Where are the chairs, the company did not send out one chair? Who is the CEO for Wayfair? He need to be aware of this type of services being offered. Phyllis McFee
