Terrible. The screws come loose constantly. The directions were confusing and it took forever to put it together with the stupid allen key.

The unit is very cheaply made with scratches and dents on the center rails and end handles. The replacement unit I received had scratches and dents in the same areas. The unit I received has a support bracket on the front which will not allow for any slider drawers to be placed underneath the unit.

The frame was relatively easy to assemble on my own. After owning this futon frame for 3 months however, 3 of the bars have broken off. It's not an awful product but the sturdiness is a little lacking.
