The wood planks of the bed frame are not symmetrically cut, the plastic pieces to hold the smaller wood planks that serve as the base so you don’t need a box spring aren’t properly fitted to hold those wood planks and are very loose, the spikes of those plastic pieces do not go all the way into the metal bars of the bed frame so the mattress sits higher up and is ill fitted and awkward atop the bed frame. The front and back wood panels have a gap between the pieces of wood. I would not buy this bed again and will avoid this brand moving forward.

The metal three screws that hold the metal bracket were ripped out of the wood after only a week of use. I am only 200 pounds and this should not have happened. The wood looks like it’s pressed wood and that kind is not necessarily strong as a real wooden piece. I will try to send back.
