Horrible service I received a damaged package, and the two doors were broken from the side, including the mirror. I wrote to them directly and I received a note that Ive to contact the manufacturer. I wasnt happy, but I did. Ten days later, there is no answer from wayfair or the manufacturer ! This is a total disrespect. I left a message on social media, and two minutes later, someone contacted me to tell me finally that problem solved and Ill receive a call to planify the shipping next day. Eight days later and still NOTHING. I want my money back or you send a new package this is not acceptable

Due to its size, delivery was delayed, so I needed to re-schedule the assembly date with the professionals. They found a manufacturer fault in the sliding door cutout, but they re-aligned the rollers so it could work. There is a crack at the side panel where it is most visible, but I didn't want to wait to get a new panel, so I had it built.

It’s beautiful! I ordered two of these to place side by side in my room, and it is perfect! You have to be a hands-on person to understand and plan the assembly yourself, rather than fully relying on the manual.

This is not the best quality piece of furniture , but if you decide to get it be aware that the instructions are not very helpful, must be very handy in order to put it together the right way. The only thing I can say is that the company that ships this item out has great customer service and can help troubleshoot any issues. We had a person come in and put it together and he did a terrible job.

This product is looking good but things are not in our control. Handy man took 3 and 12 to assamble this product and at end item when he was trying to assamble sliding door roller for two doors Parts NO G was correct and G1 is not the correct size or not made for this project. It looks like it is very difficult to make it happen. When we ask for 2 parts, now they are sending whole new thing. But who will collect this trace all this heavy things. This is how your money is utilized by big co. Now they cancel replacement order and also keep our funds without rendering the service and when we ask for refund they need to damage installed in proper delivery box. We have dismantle and kept in huge trance can in front of public park. And it cost me 150.00 labor charge. I have no idea this people will Pay me or not but I am waiting for my total amount to be refunded.
