The table delivers on its aesthetic appeal, offering a stylish and affordable alternative to higher-priced, solid wood designs. However, the assembly process was quite challenging due to noticeable quality issues.
The bars for the base were warped, causing the table to sit unevenly and wobble. Aligning the bolts required removing some washers and using considerable effort to maneuver the bars into place. The tabletop itself doesn’t align perfectly, which may be fixable with adjustments by loosening and re-tightening the bolts—a step I haven’t yet undertaken. Additionally, the base’s “wood” slats have inconsistent gaps, detracting slightly from the overall look.
For the price, this table offers an appealing design at the expense of quality and ease of assembly. If you’re seeking a budget-friendly dupe and are prepared to put in extra work during setup, it may still be worth considering. However, don’t expect the precision or durability of more expensive options.
