I really wish that 0 star was an option. The table I received wobbled. So I requested a return. After much argument with a rude customer service representative, they offered to fix the problem upon which I received 2 emails from manufacturer to disassemble and reassemble the table. Which was a huge task because of the weight of the table. Nonetheless i did it but it did not work. They wanted me to pay $60 for return shipping. When I refused they spoke with a supervisor to 'waive that fee off' and promised that I will get the whole amount refunded to my bank account. When I received the return label emailed to me that showed the return shipping charges added. Long story short on my first wayfair order i was sent a defective product, was talked down by a very rude service agent, given unhelpful instructions and lied to by the last agent i spoke with. Disappointed! Will never spend another penny on this website.
