Very disappointed with both the product and Wayfair’s customer service. The dining table arrived shattered in multiple places, with a long crackshattering line running from one end of the table to the other. This was not a small scratch or minor shipping issue — the table was clearly unusable and unsafe. What makes it even worse is that the packaging had visible footprints on it. You could clearly tell that someone had been walking or jumping on the boxtable during handling. For a large furniture item, this is completely unacceptable. Wayfair’s customer service made the situation even more frustrating. Instead of actually helping or offering a proper solution for the damaged product, the customer service representative only told me to go write a review about my experience. That response was extremely disappointing and unprofessional, especially after receiving a table in such terrible condition. I expected much better quality, handling, and customer care from Wayfair. This was a stressful and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend ordering a dining table from them based on what I received.
