I loved the chairs however the manufacturer did not pack them well in vital areas, where the wood back rubbed on the metal legs. Therefore there were mars on at least three areas on the backs. I called customer service and they did give me a discount. I would rather have perfect product but I did not want to have to pack them back up to return. Hopefully I can match the paint and repair. Your customer service rep was great.
