The stools appear to be well constructed. The seating is stiffer than how I would prefer. I am very disappointed by the packaging and the handling. Each stool was packed in a box. Upon arrival, the bottom edge on one-side of the boxes was broken with the stool stand exposed. It was visible that the stainless stand was damaged with scratches and dents.

These bar stools are beautiful!!! The packaging was great & items arrived promptly. I'm 70 years old & assembly was easy!! Very pleased with this purchase!

The worst!! Nice product if the packaging wasnt flimsy garbage. The base is about 30lbs, and they use the cheapest cardboard box with no protection. The shipper throws them off the truck based on their weight and the bases get damaged. Instead of putting them by the covered porch they left them by the open gate boxes broken and rained on what a waste...
