The material looks good and is comfortable - especially for the price. However, they need some serious quality control on the pre-drilled holes for the bolts. They don't line up very well, and in one case only three bolts would fit on the base and impossible for the fourth. The other stool back - which comes factory installed is crooked and noticeable when looking straight on it - again because the bolts don't line up. Without these issues then I would give five stars.
