Well, it is a sofa. Not impressed. Disappointed. Large 10-inch slash in the seat cushion. One pillow is acid wash instead of blue. Set up was simple with 2 people took appx 90 minutes. Cushions look deformed. Perfect for a donation. Too much of a hassle to ship back. I will donate it to a local charity. Very embarrassing in my living room.

I’m so very disappointed with this couch! It is super low to the ground and extremely uncomfortable. It was pretty easy to put together for one person, probably would’ve been a little easier for two. This would probably be ok for a kids game room or spare room not used every day…but as a living room couch it’s awful

Bought the 2 sofas and missed one pillow and I’m hoping that they will mail me a new one. Once they mail it me I might bring it out to a 4 or 5 star. I need to see how it test drives for a few months

It is honestly pretty stiff, but I am hoping it just needs worn in. So far it's not as comfortable as it looks.

We absolutely love this Cloud sofa! Its incredibly comfortable, spacious, and the perfect place to relax after a long day. The cushions are soft and cozy while still providing great support. It has become everyones favorite spot in the house—including Biancas! The sofa looks beautiful in our living room and pairs perfectly with our new orange chair, creating a warm and inviting space. The quality is outstanding, and were so happy with this purchase. It was exactly what we were looking for!
