Poor packaging.. arrived damaged great looking item tho

Looks great. Arrived damaged and looks like they tried to glue it back together and sell it. That’s not acceptable for the price they are charging.

So this hall tree looked amazing to me online however they ship it in bubble wrap so I don’t know how they don’t expect it to be damaged! It’s crazy! Also mine was much thinner less uniform and had way fewer limb hooks than the picture on wayfair. I probably would have kept it except the damage from shipping caused a huge crack which is severe enough to be seen and the integrity of the item is ruined from that crack. From the reviews it appears some people are lucky and receive one undamaged but I got damaged goods sadly!
