I purchased this chair to serve different roles in my small home office and it doesn’t disappoint. It’s the all-in-one office desk chair and arm chair that I was looking for. Perfect size for my office/lounge. I love that it has casters for relocating with ease and slipcover for easy cleaning. One must have patience when assembling. I recommend going the extra mile by ironing the slipcover before putting on the chair.

Looks nothing like the web photo. The cover is light gray woven (not solid) fabric and is a much less tailored fit (more like a shabby chic look). We decided to keep them rather than deal with the hassle of trying to repack/return and attempt to obtain a refund. Assembly was fairly easy but there are many parts.

I would not take a chance on these chairs as they do not come with assembly instructions. I was deeply disappointed, and the packaging was also not great. The top back pillow was severely wrinkled and crumpled. I really wanted them to work, but it was way too complicated to try without instructions. I ended up returning them.

The chair offers regular comfort — the seat is a bit small, but the armrests are positioned well and the back support is good. Assembling the chair was challenging because the instructions were incomplete. Clearer and more detailed assembly directions would definitely help improve the experience. The threaded metal parts had to be cleaned before they would engage and could be screwed in properly. The casters were tricky to install because you can’t lock them while you’re screwing them in to the bottom of the chair. However, once it’s assembled the casters move smoothly, making it easy to reposition the chair without effort. I wouldn’t call the upholstery “chenille” which is supposed to be plush and soft. The upholstery material is quite thin, so you can see the black cover on the foam cushion underneath a bit. Although the material feels somewhat cheap, it actually works well it doesn’t retain heat while sitting, helping to avoid sweating during extended use. Overall, it’s a medium decent chair, with some areas that could be improved, especially on in the assembly instructions.
