Really nice - solid wood, came fully assembled - one piece. Heavy and the wood is beautiful. I pair it with my dining table when the leaf is inserted - also a walnut stain but the coffee table is a little lighter, still go together nicely. Also, perfect height for my dining table!

The bench is sturdy and the surface is smooth and comfortable. It looks good with our maple dining table, dark-ish stained, with curved iron pedestals.
