I ordered this dining set and due to an error with the listing, it only charged and sent the table. I called Wayfair and was told the chairs would be sent. A few days later I got a call saying that despite the error with the listing, I would need to pay another 1100 to get the chairs. After being escalated to a supervisor, I was told she could refund the table and discount the chairs, so I wouldn’t be out of pocket any further to get the complete dining set. I was given her direct number and told to call back to complete the transaction after the refund hit my account. I’ve been calling for days. I finally gave up and searched competing web stores for the chairs and ended up paying 112 more than what she promised me, but at least I won’t have to deal with Wayfair again. It wasn’t my fault there was a listing error. Their customer service is a joke.

I mostly love the table but don’t like the gaps between the planks. They’re just big enough that food gets trapped inside. It’s very solid though and looks great!
