Packaged with significant setup to do, however, I was willing to do the work. Sit back, relax and prepare to feel the wood frame in your kidneys as you lean back onto the utterly under-stuffed back cushions. The cushions on the back and seat are just set into place rather than attached and don't fit well into the frame at all. The unfortunate thing is you have to set it all up, wait for the cushions to "decompress" from their sealed packaging and probably threw the packaging away only to find out this sectional is NOT up to snuff. My mistake for purchasing a product that had no reviews yet. In the future I'll exercise more caution and less exuberance!
