Chaise d'appoint Guththorm

I absolutely love the design of this chair, but I must say that I was very much disappointed with the craftsmanship of it. The first chair I received came stained. I understand that wood has different tones and shades, but this looked like someone took a sharpie marker and marked the base, the front and back of the chair. I contacted their customer support and I must say they are amazing and they have such great communication, and one of the best customer services I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered a replacement, unfortunately the 2nd chair also came damaged with some cracks in the wood. So I don’t know if this is the style of the distress teak wood but just wanted to give my honest opinion. Overall the chair is a statement piece, very heavy, and comes built.

Delivery was fast and this chair is absolutely STUNNING!!! I could not be happier. I’ve been wanting a statement piece and this is perfect!! It is not hollow at all and weighty. Yes I’ve sat in it and it is not small….it sits like a regular chair. I’m 5’8, 165 lbs. It would be so SO cool if there were a left hand!!

So, So,So excited to have purchased this unique accent chair! Also, the seat height of the chair is surprisingly acceptable. Nice wide stump, that fits the working and/or relaxing rump.

I love this chair and have been looking to purchase for over a year. I finally bought and unfortunately I have had 2 shipped to me defective. Hoping 3rd times a charm.
