Love love love this file cabinet! Full transparency….I was overwhelmed when I saw the directions but I hired a furniture assembly expert from Thumbtack who came the next day. His price was much lower than the price advertised on Wayfair. ‍♀️

Unfortunately, there seem to be quite a few issues with it, and I'm not sure where to begin. First and foremost, the bottom drawer does not close completely, which is quite frustrating. Additionally, the top drawer won't stay on track, making it difficult to use. To make matters worse, the hanging file folder track included with the unit are neither legal nor letter size. This makes it impossible for me to use them as intended. Overall, this purchase has been a total waste of time and money for me, and I am very disappointed with the quality of the product.

Exactly what I needed. Works well in the space

It could have been 5 stars but can’t. The good: Very sturdy and beautiful. Assembly wasn’t too bad. Instructions were good. Received quickly and free shipping. Bad: does NOT hold legal file or folders as the description says. The measurements are from the OUTSIDE of the drawers not the inside. Also I received a different name brand and model than originally ordered. Customer service was quick to respond. They said it’s a name brand thing with Wayfair but is the same product just different company and name. Ok I could somewhat deal with that. But I’m very disappointed it does not hold the legal files like I wanted. Again customer service was very good and offered a discount. Since it was already assembled I took the discount and am keeping it. I think they count on this and still make a sale. Unfortunately I will not be buying from Wayfair again.
