First off, This is not solid wood. The structure is wood but the final outer layer is particle board, which unfortunately does not travel well. The first dresser arrived in a box that looked like it was hit by a tornado (Fed Ex). The dresser was extremely damaged and needed to be returned, which thankfully was made easy by Wayfair. The replacement arrived, albeit two days late due to Fed Ex delivering it to a completely different house in a completely different neighborhood. The box didn't look too bad, but upon opening it once again there was extensive damage to the dresser. Luckily most of the damage was in inconspicuous places so I could hide them, but not all. I contacted Wayfair through their chat and immediately spoke to a representative that issued me a good discount so I could keep this one and not be too angry about it. I like the look and size of this dresser, I just wish it was really all wood and not the particle board on the outside.
