I ordered twin size but it was too long, I tried it on a queen bed but it was too short, so I guess it will work for a full size bed but I don’t have a full size bed so I can’t use it and it is still in the box. I can’t say what the quality is. I received the wrong size.

I love everything about this bed. It was frustrating the bed slats were not delivered originally, but now that I have them they fit nicely. A little confused as to how the bottom piece is necessary - but either way - love my bedroom set.

I have the same headboard and bedframe for Queen, which me and hubby love. We recently bought adjustable base and mattress in double twinm, so needed bigger headboard. We were so excited to find this one that is supposed to be "Compatible with Adjustable Bed" as the description states, but it wasn't with ours :( Now we have to pay 99.99 usd return shipping fee or acceppt 79.99 usd partial refund due to the fact website description was not accurrate, and keep the item. We have no use for second bedframe that doesn't fit any of our mattresses, so we have no choice other than being robbed of 99.99 usd to at least get remaining 289.70 usd back. Needless to say I am NEVER shopping at wayfair again. Prices are not cheap (lots of items can be found way cheaper on chineese websites) and on top of that there are no free returns. Better websites are out there.
