The chair is a fair quality. I like that the headrest is adjustable as well. I do not like how the chair adjusts. Say you have the back rest at 90 degrees to the floor. To lower the back, you have to pull the back rest all the way forward then let it lay completely flat before adjusting it. The same goes for the head rest. So if I am in the middle of using it and I want to adjust, I have to get completely out of the chair. Not the end of the word, but I don't enjoy it. When this chair needs to be replaced, I will look for a product that has a button or lever to release the back and head rest. **Side note: Within a couple days of purchasing this product it went on sale for $40 less and Wayfair does not price match. This is just something that bothers me about the company. If it had been weeks or months later I wouldn't feel so sour about it. BUt the fact that they couldn't do anything about it 2-3 days later bothered me.
