This product looks great in the photos but does not match the image. Construction looks cheap. My product came damaged, which was not surprising as the packing was not sufficient for the size/weight and the box was very small. Almost as if the vendor shoved everything in hoping it would be 'ok.' It was NOT. And while the description says returns are allowed, I had to work through a Wayfair rep (very helpful) to get the issue resolved and get a refund. The vendor originally tried to work it so the refund would be for the one piece damaged, although it was purchased as a set. Not saying this company/vendor doesn't in some cases do good work-but on this one they missed the mark. I would not purchase from them EVER again on any platform. For other Wayfair shoppers - when you come across really good products, the reviews are soooo valuable! It helps all of us avoid and call out the vendors/shippers who are not really living up to the descriptions/photos of the product. And when we see more than a few 'negative' reviews - listen!

Ordered a 2nd set already. The gold is more of a champagne bronze color - works really well with our Delta faucet.

Love these. They were everything that was described.
